Jeremy ensures quality management processes to run the project on a day-to-day basis, and verifies that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Engage stakeholers to dentify the value, ethos and culture necessary to capitalise on technology
We consider tenants, customers and engage stakeholders in a two-way consultation process to develop a brief. To identify areas or value through formative and qualitative analysis of business operations, determining need and to become familiar with the new language of technology. This provides the basis for realising key functional requirements.
Develop organisational goals – translate problems into opportunities through technology to deliver value and ROI
Key functional requirements stipulate development, the best-of-breed, open-standard technological solutions required to ensure freedom of choice in vendors, contractors and continual commissioning agents. The Master Systems Integrator (MSI) model drives quality systems, oversight and commissioning services to fulfill the functional requirements.
Turn data into knowledge at a building and portfolio level and provide business solutions that are specific and actionable
Bespoke and agile development to drive quality systems, oversight and commissioning services to fulfil the functional requirements. Strict project management, communications and scheduling at each project stage ensure milestones are being achieved. From concepting and design through to tenders, development and ongoing mangement.
Sustainability and Community
Sustainability is about operating effectively and providing long-term value for clients and the wider community. Often, our work leads us to developing environmental management systems that are crucial for organisations to meet sustainability targets and regulatory requirements. We are committed to systems and technologies that drive efficiencies in consumption, realise savings and discover innovations through technologies and processes in the interests of our clients and society. We believe that opportunity arises from good business practice, a commitment to transparent and balanced business decisions that support positive social, economic and environmental outcomes.
