Arne Hansen

Director & Senior Strategist

Arne Hansen is a creator of strategies for technology and data in the built environment. For over a decade, Arne has managed major infrastructure projects for over 20 large residential, commerical and industrial projects for clients such as CSIRO, Department of Education, Vicinity Centres, Lend Lease, AMP Capital, Mirvac, Intel, NRMA and Parmalat amongst others. His main focus and skillset bridges the divide between operational technology and information technology. The depth of his knowledge combined with his ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences are typical traits of a key person of influence, coupled with his experience makes for a valuable industry consultant.

Ariel Tobey

Business Analyst

Ariel Tobey is a learned communications professional with over 15-years’ experience in communications and information systems management across various businesses and industries. His work with Buildings Evolved for the past 5-years has led him to employ critical thinking to develop systems, specs and procedures to achieve organisational goals. He has learnt to focus on people and outcomes rather than technologies and systems ‘which are not an end in of themselves’. From a single application to broad-based innovation, he strives to deliver project outcomes that surpass organisational and market expectations and enact positive change.

Jeremy Buckingham

Senior Project Manager

Jeremy Buckingham has worked in various industries and fields. At Buldings Evolved he is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) on time and on budget. He manages resources, schedules, financials and adheres to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. He applies agile project principles to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. Jeremy ensures quality management processes to run the project on a day-to-day basis,  and verifies that the project produces the required deliverables within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
